Twenty six plus years ago Roger Whitt, Proprietor of Rock Solid Termite and Pest Control, decided to start a company after working several years for a large pest control firm that focused on "the bottom line" rather than their customers and employees. Roger's philosophy of putting clients and employees first guided his belief in launching the business and he was confident that this would result in a successful venture. Those principles still define his business today. Rock Solid is going strong with a staff that has been with the Company for no less than 10 years and as long as 30 years.
